Lt Col C Preveen (Retd) is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. He is a graduate in Physics from Calicut University, and did his BTech in Telecommunication and Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. He completed his MBA from Amity University, Noida, and MS in Cyber Security and Cyber Law from IMT Ghaziabad/National Law University,Jodhpur. He has recently completed a six months full time executive program in Business Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. He is a member of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, India.
He has also done various courses in combat communication technology, strategic planning,operational management and human capital development from prestigious Army Institutions like College of Military Engineering, Military College of Telecommunication Engineering, Infantry School and Army War College.
In his illustrious career of 22 years in the Indian Army as a Commissioned Officer, he had commanded mission critical operational communication and information technology units of various sizes and roles both on the borders as well as in hinterland, and also held important roles like Joint Director at Army Headquarters,GM Administration and Training of training institutes etc. He gained vast experience in Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Process Re-engineering, IT, Cyber Security and Cyber Law and has managed important technical project at national level. He has been awarded commendations by Flag officer Commanding Chief, Western Naval Command and the Vice Chief of Army Staff for his dedication to duty.
He has taken pre-mature retirement while serving in Signals Training Centre, to pursue his passion in the fields of new generation technologies and ideas prevalent in Digital Marketing, e-Commerce and Internet of Things.
